Q44F Stainless Steel Three-Way Ball Valve
I. Introduction:
The Q44F stainless steel three-way ball valve is available in T-type and L-type. Its models include Q44F, Q45F, Q45H, Q44H, Q945H, etc. The main materials are cast steel and stainless steel. The main driving methods are electric, pneumatic, and manual. The T-type enables three orthogonal pipelines to communicate with each other and cut off the third channel, functioning as a diverter and a confluence device. The three-way ball valve adopts a four-seat and integrated structure, suitable for converging, diverting, and distributing media such as liquids, gases, and powders. It is labor-saving in operation and convenient for maintenance, and is suitable for converging or diverging devices in pipelines, storage tanks, and container equipment of petroleum, chemical, electric power, and other enterprises that transport various media such as gases, liquids, and powders.
II. Product Features:
1. Small fluid resistance, with a resistance coefficient equal to that of a pipeline of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small volume, and light weight.
3. Tight and reliable, with good sealing performance, and it has been widely used in vacuum systems.
4. Convenient operation and quick opening/closing; only a 90° rotation is required from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote control.
5. Easy to maintain; the ball valve has a simple structure, and the sealing rings are generally movable, making disassembly and replacement relatively convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surfaces of the ball and valve seat are isolated from the medium, so the medium will not cause erosion to the sealing surfaces of the valve during passage.
7. Wide application range; it can be used for passages ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and from high vacuum to high pressure.
